A property enjoying a view of the Seine and a landscaped park
As soon as you enter the property, you can see very beautiful species planted and that an important landscaping work has been carried out. At the end of the path, there are two buildings covered with completely renovated thatched roofs. This is when you access the most intimate part of the property, a garden hidden from view and adorned with flowers. From the terrace you can observe the Seine and very romantic river navigation.
A completely redesigned cottage letting in plenty of light
First impression upon entering the house; great brightness! We break the prejudice of the austere cottage. We are in a space open to the garden with many openings letting in light.
The large living room is the main living room of this house. It overlooks the terrace which becomes a room in its own right in the summer. The dining room is convivial because it is connected to the kitchen and the living room. The kitchen is modern and the worktop is perfect for cooking. On the other side, the TV lounge is more cozy, for winter evenings.
Upstairs, the three bedrooms and two shower rooms can accommodate a whole family. Note that one of the bedrooms has a breathtaking view of the Seine.
A restored barn and a kiosk converted into a suite
The old barn next to the house has also been completely restored. This large space is perfect for entertaining but can also be converted into a gite for people requiring more sleeping capacity.
On the other side of the garden, a charming kiosk has been converted into a bedroom with a small dressing room and a shower room. Again the space is bright and pleasant with many windows overlooking the garden.
A preserved environment with easy access via the A13
Located near Jumièges, this property is close to the access to the A13 motorway leading to Le Havre, Rouen or Paris via the Mesnil-sous-Jumièges ferry. Nearby, the Jumièges leisure center offers a wide range of activities for the youngest. The Golf de Jumièges, the National Forest of Brotonne and the various towpaths will delight nature lovers.
