Family house

Located in the department of Eure, this cottage has an architecture typical of this region with its thatched roof and its half-timbering.

This farmhouse has kept all its original features with its splendid fireplace, its exposed beams and its splendid 18th century floor tiles. Once through the door, you discover this magnificent living room. A mezzanine has been created in order to take advantage of the beautiful framework from the ground floor, the feeling of space is present.

The kitchen is quite functional and full of charm, it has a scullery. At the other end of the house is a large bedroom and its bathroom on the ground floor.

Once up the stairs, we arrive on the mezzanine, forming a large landing where you can easily create a teleworking space. There are also 3 bedrooms with their toilets and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a French window which reveals an adorable balcony located just above the swimming pool.

The little guest house

This small house has been completely rehabilitated to receive friends. You enter through a double bay window where there is a large living room with its kitchenette and bar. Installed in the living room you can discover the magnificent cottage, and its swimming pool in its green setting.

The swimming pool is the centerpiece of the park, it is surrounded by a wall providing privacy and warmth around the 10x4 meter pool. The large terrace easily accommodates several sunbeds for moments of relaxation with friends or family. In order to ensure total safety for children, this aquatic area is fully up to standard.
