A few hundred meters from the beach, facing the old and traditional clay tennis club, our villa covered with thatch enjoys a very residential and somewhat old-fashioned environment of the old seaside resorts, with their beach cabins allowing families to extend the pleasures of the beach: sea bathing, fishing on foot, canoeing, light boater ... It floats on these seaside resorts of the late 19th century a reassuring atmosphere, whose typical villas bear witness to a happy past and prosperous. In the small Dalles, the villas have kept their original names: Chrysanthemums, Catelets, Seagulls, Lampots ... The typology of Dalles is of Viking origin designating a dry valley, easy to dock by the drakkars.

Beyond Impressionist painters like Claude Monet, who adored the lights of the Alabaster Coast and all the small seaside resorts of Le Havre in Tréport, other characters made the fame of Petites Dalles as Elisabeth in Bavaria called Sissi, who appreciated to swim in the warm waters of the Channel. Jules Vernes and his parents were habitual residents of this city so charming, certainly less impressive than Etretat but much more intimate. In summary, it is difficult not to succumb to the assets of this small hamlet in the hollow of the highest and most beautiful cliffs in Europe.

Our seaside villa is built in the center of an enclosed garden and out of sight. The outdoor south terrace is well protected from the winds, perfect for sunbathing in the afternoon, lunches and aperitifs dinatories. If the beach meets on foot in less than 10 minutes, the clay tennis courts are on the other side of the alley. Parents and children share many sports activities: water sports, hiking, biking, tennis ... The activities are diversified! In the evening, near the large and pretty fireplace or crackling fire, we enjoy a moment of calm to read or play board games. In fact, in this second home, everything is together to spend pleasant weekends or holidays.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house, a new bedroom and bathroom can be easily fitted out over the garage. From then on, a small activity of guest room can be envisaged. The current owners have renovated with taste and rigor this villa to make it comfortable, well insulated and well heated. The large kitchen with its dining area is perfect for shared breakfasts with the family.

In this beautiful region of Normandy, two and a half hours from Paris, four hours from Brussels, this seaside villa awaits its future owners who love the sea and nature.
