Here, the white cliffs offer magnificent views. In the summer, you can rent a nice wooden cabin on the pebble beach. It is a peaceful beach with just a restaurant and a nautical center. In addition to marine recreation, the tennis club is 4 km away and the Dieppe golf course 30 km away.

The bakery is a short walk from the house and the supermarket is 4 km away on the way to Le Tréport. The Tréport train station, 5 km away, allows you to reach Paris in three hours.

The geographical location of Mesnil-Val is ideal for exploring, to the east, the Baie de Somme and to the west, the Alabaster Coast.

It is divided into 5 comfortable apartments, from 40 to 50 m2. Each apartment has a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony for three of them. All are nicely furnished, fully equipped, have an independent entrance and an individual meter for water and electricity.

The walled garden planted with flowers and hedges surrounds the house. A garage opening directly onto the street can accommodate two vehicles.
