A testament to our Normandy heritage
The 16th-century main house, with its 126 m² (1,300 sq ft), offers not only generous space but also an authentic atmosphere. The living room is comfortable with its Cauchoise fireplace. The exposed beams create a very warm atmosphere. The living room contributes to the character of this space, complemented by the semi-open kitchen. The other historic architectural features give the impression of a unique and welcoming place. The ground floor is completed by a bathroom and a toilet.
Upstairs, the hallway leads to three spacious bedrooms.
Gites reflecting our Normandy
The second picturesque cottage, converted into charming gites (72 m²), offers additional accommodation for visitors. The enclosed, tree-lined garden adds a touch of nature and tranquility, an ideal setting for relaxation. It features a living room with an open kitchen, a fireplace, a laundry room, and a bathroom.
On the first floor are two bedrooms.
An ideal location in the unspoiled Durdent Valley
25 kilometers long, the Durdent is a coastal river in the Seine-Maritime region, in the heart of the Pays de Caux, one of the most magnificent regions of Normandy. The valley preserves the remains of numerous mills installed on the banks of the river, whose flow is extremely regular. Numerous hiking trails facilitate the discovery of the biodiversity and natural heritage of the preserved areas. In the English Channel, this small river flows into the middle of the longest beach on the Alabaster Coast, a precursor to sea bathing thanks to the Duchess of Berry. In summer, all water sports offer immense pleasure. Many Anglo-Norman buildings on the Normandy coast were preserved from developers, often hindered by the height of the highest cliffs in Europe.
A small, easily accessible town
Between Dieppe and Fécamp, this small town is located in the heart of the Pays de Caux region, known for its enclosed farmhouses. Local services and shops are located 15 minutes away in Cany-Barville or Yvetot. The Yvetot train station provides access to Paris Saint-Lazare in two hours. Thanks to the A13 motorway and the Normandy Bridge, the charm of Honfleur's port can be enjoyed in 40 minutes. Étretat, Fécamp, Varengeville-sur-Mer, and Dieppe are all seaside resorts with many attractions.
