A comfortable family house
This country house was partly built in 1780, the most recent part was built in 1880. Renovated to take advantage of modern comfort and save some period Norman features. A wood stove is installed inside the Norman stone fireplace, together with electric convector heaters, it gives efficient heating.
A nice veranda extends the living-room and gives dramatic views on the countryside around the garden, all year round.
Kitchen is fully fitted, and the back kitchen is also used as a laundry room and service entrance. On the ground floor there are also a large bedroom and a family bathroom.
There is another bathroom and four more bedrooms on the first floor. The attic on the second floor could be refurbished into another bedroom and bathroom.
Two outbuildings in very good condition
The fenced grounds are planted with fruit trees and flowering shrubs.
From the above ground swimming pool, the views are fantastic.
Two workshops, a tool shed, a stable and an attic covering all the length are found in the large barn with a new roof.
The other outbuilding is currently used as a garage. Both buildings are connected to electricity.
Quiet and picturesque surroundings
